Rules, fees, eligibility requirements and provider procedures should be based on current primary sources. Official guidance remains authoritative if it differs from one of our pages.

Review and publication
Draft guides are checked for factual support, clear wording, useful structure, working links and accurate service limits before publication. Draft location, route and article pages are kept out of public search results until they are reviewed and published.
Updates and dates
We update a guide when its official source, underlying service facts or customer process materially changes. Publication and review dates should reflect a real editorial action rather than an automatic freshness change.
Marketing claims
We use a performance, review, volume or timing claim only when the business has evidence for that specific claim. No claim controls appointment supply or guarantees an individual result.
